		<description>yea what gang said seems stupid but it's true. Green leafy vegetables contain folic acid (or vitamin B9) that is very important in brain development. Some brain diseases like alzheimer's disease is associated with low level of folic acid. All pregnant womans are also encouraged to take folic acid supplement during pregnancy to prevent abnormal brain formation in the babies.

Cooking process can actually diminish nutrients in vegetables. So it'd better to eat them raw. Besides organic vegetables are also often contain more nutritional values.


Egg, on the other hand, contains lecithin which is said to play an important role in improving thinking and memory. Not only that egg also contains many other compounds that help brain and nervous system development. Some people suggest eating it raw to preserve the nutritional values.
